1. Order your Nutrigenomics Genetic Test, then register on the GeneCoach platform and receive your genetic test kit.

2. Send in your kit. Results take about 4 weeks after the lab receives it, and you'll get an email when they're ready.

3. Share your results with Dr. Stephanie, your genetic health coach, so she can review them with you. Any topic with no genetic needs is something to celebrate.

4. Get a personalized starter plan of no more than 3 to 4 products, plus lifestyle recommendations, shared in her Neurobiologix store.

5. Check in at least monthly to track progress and adjust your plan.
